Apprentice Customer Service Administrator - Olympic Holidays (T/U Interaction Worldwide Ltd) - London N12





Our client is a ATOL Licenced, Award Winning Tour Operator specialising in Greece, the Greek Islands and Cyprus Holidays. They began nearly 50 years ago and have gone from strength to strength.

The right candidate will be working in a friendly team to provide Customer Service and Documentation Support to external and internal customers


Some of your duties will Include:


  • Handling calls with customers and agents on a rota basis

  • Corresponding with customers via e-mails and letters

  • Using in-house computer system to log actions with clients

  • Helping to store and archive documentation

  • Dealing with In-Resort and Post Departure queries

  • Dealing with Flight and accommodation changes

The company will offer you full training and a permanent position with the company after the 12 months if successful. There is also opportunity to gain a pay rise whilst an apprentice if you prove to be an asset.


Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
Good command of English: Speaking, Listening and Writing.


Personal qualities


  • Team player

  • Bubbly, easy going

  • Has common sense approach

Qualifications required

  • GCSE Maths Grade C

  • GCSE English Grade C

  • Or equivalent would be desirable, but not necessary to be accepted on an apprenticeship

Future prospects
Full time position with a payrise and full training.
