Job Description
The Chief Commercial officer will be responsible for the strategy and management of both the Sales and Marketing departments. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:


Leadership: Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure. Develop collaborative working relationships within the organisation in pursuit of the of the company’s overall business goals.


Marketing: As a marketing driven business, you will lead the development of the Company’s marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and revenue growth with particular focus on cost-effective customer acquisition and market demand generation.


Sales: Develop and implement the Company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the Company identifies and optimises a clear path to aggressive growth. Assess, build and manage an array of necessary channels capable of delivering on the Company’s growth objectives. Control of the achievement of KPI’s and business growth. Responsible for the full cycle of sales and business development from a planning, execution, management and control perspective.


Business Development: Develop a strategy and provide leadership for enterprise-wide business development opportunities. Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the Company’s strategy for revenue growth. Business trips to support global operations.


The Successful Applicant
The Chief Commercial Officer should:


  • Have a proven track record of delivering growth in a senior commercial role gained within the B2C Financial Services sector, experience of FX trading is an advantage but not essential.

  • Have a thorough understanding of growing existing and new markets through innovative Marketing, and Sales strategies

  • Be a capable leader of people, able to build and develop Best in class teams

  • Have experience in developing and executing successful go to market commercial strategies.

  • Have the ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges

  • Possess outstanding influencing and relationship skills

  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and analytical skills
