Admin Assistant - Mercury Holidays - Sevenoaks

Responsibilities and Tasks are as follows:


  • To ensure any incoming calls are answered promptly and dealt with to the best of ability.

  • Dealing with any booking amendments- such as flight/hotel/passenger changes and cancellations.

  • Posting confirmation invoices.

  • Processing hotel requests from clients.

  • Dealing with Tour/Hotel changes.

  • Monitoring and responding to emails and website enquiries.

  • Any other duties deemed necessary by your Manager or Director.

The successful candidate will need very good organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner and also have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team. Full training will be given.
