We recognise that the world of banking is changing at a rapid rate and the need for us to change. The main area we are developing now is a suite of personal mortgages in our new residential mortgage department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of our exciting growth story. We are currently recruiting for several credit professionals to become an integral part of this new department with responsibility for underwriting regulated mortgages and liaising with external Brokers as required. Working within our lending policies, you will complete in depth analysis, assessing the application and undertaking effective credit risk management.

With experience of underwriting mortgages, you will be accustomed to analysing credit risks and working to stringent policies and procedures. Ideally you will be CeMAP qualified or keen to study and will demonstrate key decision-making qualities. You will be self-motivated, customer focused and able to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will have ambition to develop the role and will be keen to contribute to our processes.
