Recruitment Manager - INTO (University Partnerships) - London
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to develop our recruitment activities in the UK and Europe. You will be part of a creative and dynamic regional team, working within the Europe and Central Asia Regional Office to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to European recruitment.
The successful candidate will develop and manage INTO’s recruitment strategy, establish targets, and ensure effective delivery by driving up enquiries, applications and enrolments to our INTO centres in designated markets, which include the UK and a number of European countries.
The Recruitment Manager will work closely with the Assistant Recruitment Director EUK to develop targets, ensure their delivery, and develop recruitment activity in the designated markets. You will be responsible for identifying new and managing new and current agent relationships, attending key recruitment events to raise the profile of INTO centres, encourage applications and grow enrolments.
The UK and Europe designated markets may include;
- The UK – UK based international and domestic market segments
- European markets, such as Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic) and / or Israel and Cyprus
Candidates should have a degree or equivalent level qualification and relevant marketing experience within the education sector. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound administrative skills and experience of dealing with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. You will be required to undertake frequent periods of evening and weekend work across Europe.

Interview Process
Interviews will be held week commencing 1 st August 2016 .
As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to provide a presentation to the panel, take part in a written exercise/assessment as well as have a face to face interview with the panel.
