HR Manager (Forex) - Limassol


Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a Cysec regulated forex company seeks to employ an experienced and exuberant HR Manager (Forex);


Responsibilities:
Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Set-up and development of the HR department, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Development of the appropriate HR strategies to support the overall business objectives.
Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Recruiting staff – this includes developing job analysis, job descriptions and person specifications, drafting and advertising vacancies in a wide range of media, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Talent Acquisition and Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
Arranging for new hires docs according to CySEC requirements and managing the immigration status applications and employment authorization for employees.
Preparing and Maintaining employee records, performance management & appraisals, employment contracts, addendums, promotion letters, maternity and sick leave benefits, probation period reviews, HR Reports, termination procedure, warning letters
Training & Development – develop and organize Company training and team building activities.
Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Dealing with grievances, implementing disciplinary procedures and managing exit procedures.
Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
