HR Manager


Our client, a large company in Limassol in the food industry employing over 300 employees, is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to address and build on all the functions of the department. 


Key Requirements


  • Create and submit for approval annual plan recruitment, travel and promotion by based on the strategic priorities of the company and the labor market data (workforce planning), and make corrections to the plan throughout the year.

  • Creating job analysis, person specification, attracting candidates – entire recruitment process based on the needs of the company and the workforce plan.

  • Create the interview guides and ensure the availability of all necessary tools throughout the personnel selection process. Implements best selection practices, while ensuring direct communication with candidates.

  • Create and submit for approval the integration and training plans for new entrants.

  • Proper handling of forms of employment, individual employment contracts and submission public bodies the necessary documents related to employment (eg triangle, forms taxation etc.).

  • Implementation and regular adjustment of the company’s policies manual

  • Implementation and management of tailor-made performance evaluation

  • Manage payroll and employee benefits

  • Arrange regular communication with compay employees in order to provide guidance when needed

  • Implement projects related to improving employee motivation and enhancing company culture

  • Implement incentive schemes (financial or non-financial)

  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies and ensure the legal compliance of the company in accordance with the labor law

  • Diagnose training and development needs, and create a plan

  • Obtain and evaluate bids from educational organisations and implement educational programmes

  • Implement and improve the company’s health and safety management system

  • Organise and executive corporate social events

  • Manage group health insurance plan

  • Ensure the implementation of the Disciplinary Code and the Code of Professional Conduct, and deal with all matters of discipline.

  • Operates all necessary correspondence with state and semi-state agencies on any education grants, unemployed recruitment, training the unemployed, etc.

  • Participate in strategy meetings
