Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (dependant on experience)

A fantastic opportunity for a Quantity surveyor to take the next step in their career as a monitoring analyst. This individual will be working in the centre of London with a prestigious property investment company.
The company is a well established property investment firm that takes a consultancy approach to matching property developers to investors. The company has been gradually expanding and their innovative approach is definitely mirrored by their success rate. The team have managed to invest in over 250 projects internationally in countries such as US, Canada, Germany, Cyprus and Israel with million pound asset values.
The role will require an individual to work effectively within a team of property analysts and to oversee the progress of all the joint venture projects. This individual will have to represent the company attending project meetings both in the office and on site. The role will be liaising with clients and presenting the progress of the build projects. The role requires the individual to analyse and be able to produce reports for investors.
You will be a Quantity Surveyor with a over a years experience and preferably in the process of completing their APC or with a keen interest to become chartered. You will have experience in the residential sector and an excellent understanding of cost planning and both pre and post contract administration. You will have a financial mind with a basic understanding of debt drawdowns and navigation and preparation of business plans. You will be a team player that is able to multi-task and work under pressure with deadlines and a fast moving industry. You will be well presented, passionate and highly professional individual that seeks excellence in everything they do.
