Fluent German - Client Support - Prestigious Broker - Market Talent Limited - London

This newly set up business started by offering brokerages solutions for private and institutional clients. Now there global presence is in over 90 countries, with main offices in the separately regulated markets of Australia, Cyprus, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

Fundamental Responsibilities

– Stress testing middle and back office systems and trading platforms

– Proof reading, editing and reviewing websites in different languages

– Supporting sales team through account opening process

– Competitor research

– Generally perfecting the products and service of the business

Additional Responsibilities

– Setting up new client accounts & new accounts applied for by external clients. Clients ranging from Corporate, IB and retail based.

– Resolving any trade queries and disputes from the IBs.

– Liaise with clients to obtain missing or additional documentation.

– Ensure full security clearance and ID checks are completed using Compliment and other ID tools as required.

– Liaise with other departments and international offices regarding any account queries, ID inconsistencies or any suspected fraudulent activity.

– Providing technical support regarding our platform and services.

– Processing withdrawal requests from clients;

Ideal Candidate

– Passion and interest for the financial markets

– Fluent in English and an German (Speaking / Writing / Reading)

– Previous experience dealing with clients over the phone or sales exposure (telesales / cold calling)

– Excellent written and spoken communication skills and confident communicating with colleagues / clients at all levels.

– Intelligent and intellectually curious.
