Plant Officer

The main role of this position is to Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability read and understand any hydraulic schematic and provide technical assistance


• Troubleshooting a hydraulic system (valve blocks, electro-hydraulics, gear pumps, vane pumps, variable displacement pumps and motors, cylinders etc)


• Checking and approval invoices from suppliers and others


• Follow up the weekly schedule of works that Plant Manager preparing for the mechanics and for all excavators, forklifts, trucks


• Raise field mechanic reports, fuel transaction reports, daily machinery preventive maintenance reports and work orders in a daily basis


• Updating daily the field management software database

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Plant Officer


• Theoretical and practical knowledge in mechanical and electronic fuel injection engines


• Excelled oral and written English
