Your Tasks
• Processing of internal and external correspondence
• Routing of incoming calls
• Design of presentations
• First Point of Contact
• Procurement of office supplies
• Planning and monitoring of appointments
• Data and file maintenance
• Creating statistics
• Reception and attendance of guests
• Preparation of meetings
• Organization of business trips
• Support in staff planning
• Order for material
• Registration of incoming invoices
• Purchase of external services
• Participation in the order processing
• Preparation of out coming invoices for internal and external inquiries
• Monitoring of incoming payments
• Carrying out errands
· Preparatory work for the management
Your Profile
- Fluent in spoken English (general conversation)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Active thinking and self-contained, self-critical work
- Quick learner
