HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

BDSwiss is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in Limassol Cyprus. The selected candidate will be working closely with the Global Head of HR in order to achieve recruitment targets within the agreed time, cost and quality standards.

Type of the job: Full time

Working hours: 9:00-18:00

Job description:

• Working closely with the Head of HR in establishing the recruitment strategy for BDSwiss Offices.


• Utilizing a variety of largely direct recruitment methods to source candidates for the local and global offices


• Design the Employee Selection Process with the assistance of the Head of HR


• Receiving, Assessing and responding to candidates’ applications


• Organizing and contacting candidates’ interviews, prepare interview reports for the Head of HR


• Preparing and negotiating offers


• Headhunting – identifying and approaching talents


• Ensure that the recruitment process is conducted quickly and professionally to further ensure that BDSwiss can secure the best quality of candidates


• Establishing and leading a new graduate recruitment scheme in all BDSwiss Offices
