The Portfolio Solutions Group (PSG) is a relatively small team within Deal Advisory that specialises in providing lead advisory services to sellers (Banks) and buyers (large PE / Debt Funds) of loan portfolios and loan servicing platforms. PSG is a market leader and has worked on hundreds of performing (non-core) and non-performing loan portfolio disposal mandates around the world. It is currently experiencing a considerable period of growth in Europe, led by activity in the UK. PSG is therefore a key contributor to the Deal Advisory growth agenda and a focus of KPMG senior management in the Financial Services sector. PSG is now expanding its offering in non UK markets, like Spain, Italy, CEE, Greece and Cyprus For our sell side clients the team provides “keep versus sell” options modelling and analysis, lead M&A advisory services for non-core / non performing debt portfolios and origination and servicing platforms. For buyers, PSG assists clients in sourcing opportunities to acquire portfolios, performing due diligence, valuation and the structuring of debt portfolio acquisitions. We are currently seeking a Manager to join our team, focusing on Greece /Cyprus. Buy Side:
due diligence assignments (i.e. assessing the likely recovery for a purchaser of a loan)
Sell Side:
build relationships with market peers
