Recruitment Consultant - Hospitality temps - Berkeley Scott Limited - West End

Berkeley Scott is one of the UK’s leading catering recruitment specialists. We are looking to bring in an experienced consultant to join the Back of House team in our successful temporary division.

Initially the role will primarily involve taking on some account management responsibility, then focusing on further developing your own desk and increasing your own client base, primarily recruiting for Kitchen staff (Chefs, Porters, Kitchen assistants). This is an exciting opportunity to join a winning team to help us build our business through 2016 and into next year.

Your duties will involve:

– Account management

– Sourcing and recruiting candidates

– Proactively sourcing new clients

– Managing client and candidate relationships

– Filling temporary vacancies

Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role. Strong admin and IT skills are a must. The ability to sell is also important, as you will be required to develop new business with the assistance of our business development manager. The job will be demanding at times, so the ability to think on your feet and organise you time effectively is essential.

We are offering a competitive basic salary with a quarterly bonus scheme. Realistic on target earnings are £25,000 year one, £30,000 year 2 and £35,000+ year 3.

There are also regular incentive prizes, ranging from a few drinks with the team, to dinner at a top restaurant or an all-expenses paid trip abroad – the last ones were skiing in Austria and a trip to Cyprus!
