Customer Service Officer

Harborx is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join its Dedicated Customer Support team and help maintain and deliver excellent customer service experience to its clients.

Job Description:

You will be responsible of:

• Providing support to clients through Live Chat, email and phone


• Answering any questions related to the company’s products and offerings


• Assisting retails and institutional clients in all their queries

Training will be provided in house.

Requirements:

The position requires English language on advanced level and computer literacy.

The suitable candidate will prove the following qualifications:

• College/University or Higher education either in business and finance related fields or equivalent proven experience


• Knowledge and understanding of financial markets (experienced in forex? Even better)


• Some understanding of fundamental and technical analysis
