HR Administrator
On behalf of our client, an International and expanding organisation with offices in the heart of Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a candidate for the position of HR Administrator.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Help to draft job descriptions
- Schedule interviews by coordinating appointments
- Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
- Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
- Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
- Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
- Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Supporting Senior Management with general administrative tasks
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR is required
- 1+ years of practical experience as an HR Administrator is ideal
- Fluent in Greek & English is a must, Russian language skills considered an advantage
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
- Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Office etc…)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
