Office Operator – Maritime Security

·     General Description:

·         We are seeking an experienced Maritime Crewing Officer to join a well experience security company based in Limassol.

Main Duties:

·         Support the HR Manager in performing the schedules and planning of employees changes and follow up with relevant parties.
·         Assist in travel arrangements of the mobilization of the crew, including air and land travel, visa application, hotel accommodation.
·         Perform data-entry recording and filling duties.
·         Verification of documentation and qualification in compliance with legislation and laws.
·         Ensure that all procedures are carried as per the company policy and procedures in compliance with ISM ISO and flag state law.
