Unlike other organisations where decisions are made in some swanky office in London or Limassol and the bulk of the work is done elsewhere, at WorkForce Cyprus we have a small office where all projects are worked on and decisions are made. In other words you’re at the heart of it all.

Our team works towards the same goal –find the best candidate for our client and offer outstanding service to all. If you think you can play a key role in our development, keep reading. Our philosophy is that we do the small things well; so if something is broken, we fix it, if something can be done better, we do it.

What you need:

• You’re awesome at developing relationships with people.  We would like you to have at least 2 years in a Sales or client facing role.  If you’re great at talking, but you don’t have two years’ experience, you can still apply


• You’re passionate about working with people, meeting deadlines and hitting targets


• You are good at following procedures and working to the basics.  You will be creative and constantly find new ways to find the best candidates


• You have knowledge of HR and recruitment (this is good but not essential)


• You have a commitment to and experience with best practices in applicant sourcing, client management and problem solving


• You’re the communication King/Queen; you’re not afraid of picking up the phone and speaking to people at all levels across the globe.  Fluent in English is a must. Greek is an advantage.


• You get a kick out of solving problems and demonstrate flexibility to work on complex and frustrating projects with an international scope.
